Simply Lentils was started to address the lack of pulse-based products in the Australian market. The founder, Manjula, a chef with Indian heritage, saw the potential for pulses as a source of protein, but knew they could be difficult to prepare. Driven by her passion for cooking and backed by her culinary heritage Simply Lentils was founded as a solution to the absence of pulses on Aussie plates, by creating a range of premixes inspired by traditional Indian recipes.
