Raffle Terms & Conditions:
- Entry is free by any coin donation or used postage stamp.
- Limit of 1 ticket per person, per draw.
- Tickets are limited to 100 per draw.
- The draws are held at 10am, 11am and 12 noon, at the Rotary stall #121
- Winner(s) must be present at their designated draw time.
- Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn until claimed.
- Winners may choose from the available prize pool at the time of their draw.
- The raffle tickets have no monetary value.
- No alternative to the prizes will be offered.
- The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Advertised prizes may vary and be substituted dependent on availability with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Sponsored prizes are subject to availability and attendance of the specific sponsor.
- Alcohol prizes are only available to winners aged 18 years or over. Winners selecting an alcohol prize may be required to provide valid proof of age. Winners under 18 must select from the available non-alcohol prizes.
- Stall holders and volunteers of the Caulfield Food & Craft Market or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- Caulfield Rotary reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
