We sell Challah rolls, which is a traditional Jewish bread that is a slightly sweet, eggy bread with a consistency and taste similar to brioche.
Maddy’s Challah started as an idea for an entrepreneurial project at school. Ever since the first market people have loved our challah, which is delicious, different from your standard bakery offering and not found at other markets. We have now been running stalls for the past couple of years.
