Stall bookings for Caulfield Racecourse Reserve Community Market are made by application to our booking site. No payment required unless application is approved. Click on the icon below to apply.
- Annual Registration Fee: None
- Booking Fee: $2
- Premium Stalls: $55*- 3m x 3m plus 3m x 6m car space directly behind. (“Standard stalls” are no longer being offered as an option at time of application. “Premium Stall” will be the default. If you don’t need vehicle behind, request that, and if available, your order will be discounted and allocated a standard stall. Free parking elsewhere on site)
- Food Kiosks/Trucks/Trailers: $75*- 3m x 6m plus car space directly behind. If you only need 3m x 6m space such as for serving from a van, request that, and if available, your order will be discounted and allocated a “Food Van” site.
- Food Vans: $65*- 3m x 6m only No storage space.
Note: All sites are NON-POWERED. BYO noise compliant Generator upon application.
*For a limited time, 2023 stall prices were discounted OFF normal prices. Pricing subject to change, check booking site for current rates.

Yes, each category has its own limit. This may be adjusted from time to time on the booking site, depending on demand.

Parking at Caulfield Racecourse Reserve Community Market is very easy.
Our Sunday Market shoppers have 2 vehicle parking options:
- Free customer parking is available within the market area. There is ample parking spaces within sight of the market entrance and stalls. Drive into the market via the Kambrook Road round-a-bout entrance.
- Public parking is available at the Guineas Public car park, enter via Queens Road. Park your car there and enter the market area on foot via the Guineas Tunnel.
The Caulfield Racecourse Reserve Community Market is held on the 1st Sunday of each month. 9am to 2pm
