We are a family run business and we are passionate about real cheese. our cheese is made from Victorian milk which we pick up off farm and process in our facility in Dromana.
Our cheese is all small batch made by hand and aged by nose and powered by solar! We love giving our customers a complete cheesy experience with tastings and explanations on how the cheese is made.
