Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry to the competition is free.
2. Limit one entry per person.
3. Entries from Facebook and Instagram will be combined into a single prize draw.
4. Entry closes at 6:00pm on the Wednesday before market day.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
6. Winners will be notified by Thursday before market day.
7. Winners must be present at the market to collect prize(s).
8. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and/or used in a future competition.
9. No alternative to the prizes will be offered.
10. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
11. Advertised prizes may vary and be substituted dependent on availability with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Sponsored prizes are subject to availability and attendance of the specific sponsor.
13. Stall holders and volunteers of the Caulfield Food & Craft Market or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
14. Caulfield Rotary reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
