After working alongside Flinders Oyster Company for 5 years farming and selling oysters off the pier we were often asked to attend events shucking oysters for our customers guests. So Oyster Soirée was born!
We now attend markets, events, festivals, weddings, engagements and corporate events, supplying the best oysters available. With a passion and love for all things oysters, its my pleasure and joy to bring you Oyster Soirée!
